TruthShield VoiceGen - Model Weights Placeholder

The actual fine-tuned model weights are hosted externally for Round-1 evaluation 
as required by the Voice Tech For All Challenge.

This repository contains:
- Model configuration (config.json)
- Model card and documentation
- Dataset references
- API specification alignment
- Safety & verification descriptions

Weights will be uploaded or referenced during final evaluation phases.
