Hello!
Everyone is already free to use the model, e.g. with this code: https://huggingface.co/sentence-transformers/all-MiniLM-L6-v2#usage-sentence-transformers
The Apache 2.0 license (see the tags) is very permissive, allowing commercial use, modifications, etc.
