pip install dont work

Hey,
in your description u say to use "pip install kugelaudio-open"
but if i use it...i got error that it dont exist:
PS C:\Users\akein\Desktop\HK-Productions\Geschäft\TTS> pip install kugelaudio-open
Defaulting to user installation because normal site-packages is not writeable
ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement kugelaudio-open (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for kugelaudio-open
how to fix that?
it is a cloned repository, I have cloned the repository for testing. usually I use git clone and install from there, but is not an easy way.
