ODYSSEYXL MK2 MODEL LICENSE (OMK2-L)

Version: 1.0 Applies to: All OdysseyXL MK2 family models (including Alpha, Beta, MK2-P, MK2, MK2.x, and all future sub-variants) Licensor: Aayan / OdysseyXL Project Licensee: Any person or entity obtaining or using the Model

1. Scope & Coverage

This license governs all present and future models released under the “OdysseyXL MK2” name or lineage, including:

Base models
Finetuned variants
Alpha/Beta branches
Checkpoints, LoRA adapters, or quantized versions
Architecture files, config, tokenizers, training artifacts

If it's tagged MK2, this license applies.

2. Ownership

All OdysseyXL MK2 models are the exclusive intellectual property of the Licensor. No rights are transferred. Licensee receives permission to use, not ownership.

3. Grant of Rights

Licensee is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

Run the Model for inference
Train or experiment with the Model internally
Create derivative works for private/internal use only
Publish outputs produced by the Model

All other rights require written permission.

4. Strict Prohibitions (Anti-Hijack Rules)

Licensee may NOT, under any circumstances:

4.1 Redistribute Weights

No sharing, uploading, selling, trading, or publishing model weights, checkpoints, or parameters. Includes partial weights, merged models, LoRA patches, and quantizations.

4.2 Rehost the Model

No hosting on Hugging Face, GitHub, Civitai, Kaggle, APIs, clouds, or private servers unless the user cannot download weights (strict API-only).

4.3 Rebrand or Claim Ownership

No renaming the MK2 model
No claiming authorship
No marketing or publishing “your own” version built from MK2

4.4 Reverse Engineering / Extraction

Licensee may NOT attempt to:

Extract training data
Extract architecture internals beyond published specs
Distill or clone MK2 to recreate the weights
Train a “copy-equivalent” model intended to functionally replicate MK2
Evade or remove embedded watermarks or signatures

4.5 Derivatives Restrictions

Licensee may not:

Distribute finetunes
Release LoRA/Delta weights
Sell or provide derivatives
Create derivative models for commercial or public use

Derivatives = internal only unless explicitly approved.

5. Allowed Uses

Licensee MAY:

Use the Model for private research or creative projects
Publish images, text, or outputs generated by MK2
Integrate MK2 in private tools or workflows
Use the Model in closed-source systems where the weights are always inaccessible

Outputs belong to the user — weights do not.

6. Commercial Use

Commercial use is not automatically granted.

Commercial deployment requires a separate commercial license or agreement with Licensor.

Selling access to MK2 (even via API) without permission is prohibited.

7. Security, Audits & Monitoring

Licensor may:

Audit usage for compliance
Require proof that weights are not redistributed
Terminate this license immediately upon violation
Issue takedowns for unauthorized hosting or derivatives

8. Termination

Violating any clause immediately terminates the license.

Upon termination, Licensee must:

Delete all Model files
Delete all derivatives
Cease all use
Remove any deployments or integrations

No refunds. No grandfathering.

9. No Liability

The Model is provided “as is” with no guarantees. Licensee uses the Model at their own risk.

10. Future Updates

Licensor may update, extend, or modify this license at any time for future MK2 versions. Existing users remain bound to the version active at the time they obtained the Model.
