We currently have ZeroGPU through a free grant, and our account is on a Team subscription. However, no matter what we try, we are unable to switch to ZeroGPU. Is there something wrong with the system?
Hi @myhloli , sorry for the inconvenience. When hardware is assigned through a grant, there is currently a limitation that prevents users from manually switching the hardware, even if their subscription would otherwise allow it.
Since your Team subscription already includes access to ZeroGPU, we've removed the grant from your account. You should now be able to select ZeroGPU normally.
