Add pipeline tag, library name, and link to code

This PR improves the model card by adding a relevant pipeline_tag, ensuring the model can be found at https://huggingface.co/models?pipeline_tag=image-text-to-text.
It also adds a library_name tag, making the "how to use" button appear on the top right corner.
